1. Digital Products

All digital products (such as e-books, online courses, or downloadable resources) are delivered instantly.
Once your payment is successfully processed, a download link will be activated within 5 minutes and sent to your registered email/account dashboard.
No refunds or cancellations are allowed on digital products after purchase, as they are instantly accessible.
If you face any issue with the download link, please contact our support team, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Physical Products

Physical products (if offered) are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, and you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, please contact our support team with your order details and proof (such as photos of the product/packaging).
Replacements will be processed once the returned product is received and verified.
Refunds are not applicable on physical products, except in cases where a replacement is not available.
